You may get this error when you try to connect server from dpm:
The DPM protection agent on exc01.exchange.radore.net could not be contacted. Subsequent protection activities for this computer may fail if the connection is not established. The attempted contact failed for the following reason: (ID 3122)
Check your firewall and server status.
