You may get this error when you try to do consistency check:

An unexpected error occurred during job execution. (ID 104 Details: Unknown error (0×80131501) (0×80131501))

Check your protected files. Maybe some of your protected files corrupted or deleted. Try to restore newest files and re-try consistency check.
